Its aim is to bring together cheese lovers, particularly Munster cheese.

The association was created in 1987 and brings together nearly 450 cheese lovers. The dress worn by the members of the brotherhood evokes the attire of the monks of the Munster Abbey.

In the center of the bronze medal is the coat of arms of the city of Munster and all around the coats of arms of the 15 municipalities of the canton of Munster.
