Hike to the Rohtenbachkopf. This summit is nicknamed "the Matterhorn of the Vosges" because of its dyssymmetrical shape: steep on the Alsatian side and more gently sloping on the Vosges side. Breathtaking views over the Munster Valley and the Vosges side.
Start at 2pm from Place du Marché in Munster by carpool. 3-hour walk, 6 km, 200 m ascent, easy (2/5).
Family entertainment: children and adults.
Animation around the exhibition "GR5 La belle traversée des Vosges".
