Discovering Tanet

Come and explore the enchanting landscapes of the Hautes Vosges on an immersive walking tour!
If it snows, this walk can be transformed into a snowshoe outing, adding a touch of winter wonderland.

Accompanied by a qualified local professional, discover the alpine and Nordic panoramas of the Massif du Tanet. The itinerary, adapted to the abilities of the group, will take you through forests and stubble fields, respecting the surrounding nature. Animal tracks, anecdotes and local stories will enhance this unique experience.

Departure point: Car park at the Tanet resort
Schedule: 2pm to 5pm

The price includes free snowshoes and supervision by a qualified mountain leader.
Preparation :
Footwear: Warm, climbing shoes recommended (ideally walking shoes or après-ski, but no ‘moon boots’).
Clothing: Dress in a 3-layer system (fleece, waterproof jacket/windbreaker), warm gloves and hat.
Rucksack: Take energy bars, a drink and sunglasses.
Practical information:
Snowshoes, poles and safety equipment will be provided free of charge if there is snow.
If there is no snow, hiking crampons can be used instead of snowshoes.
Travel to the departure point is by private vehicle (remember to comply with the winter equipment requirements in force between 1 November and 31 March).
