250 g butter
8 egg yolks
500 g flour type 45
mix sugar and butter eggs then flour
leave to rest for 8 hours
cut and cook TH 6-7
SPRITZBREDELE
200 g butter
500 g flour type 45
125 g ground almonds
2 eggs
Vanilla
250 g caster sugar
mix butter and flour
mix the rest of the ingredients and add them to the first mixture when the dough is smooth
pipe with a fluted nozzle
cook at TH 6

2 eggs
20 g cinnamon
150 g almond powder
900 g flour
1 lemon zest
